Sales Momentum helps build a 3 month sales activity plan that highlights where sales efforts are required. The program trains sales people how to forecast sales results, build a new opportunities pipeline and balance sales activities to reduce performance stress, whilst achieving sales targets.

Sales Momentum is delivered by John Butel, a leading sales director and adviser to several leading corporations.

This solution is provided either in a group training context during a course lasting a day or as an individualised coaching engagement for an individual (or individuals) lasting three months.
